Excellent location near Camden Yards. room could use some maintenance despite comfy bed.

Consistency in room maintenance could greatly improve guest experiences!!! Increasing communication about amenities would prevent misunderstandings during stays!!!

Great location and comfortable stay

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Camden Yards and the Inner Harbor, making it easy to explore the area. I loved having a room with a beautiful view that enhanced my experience during the stay. The staff were very accommodating, allowing early check-in, which helped maximize my time in the city. However, the noise from neighboring rooms could be bothersome at times.

Location is the bomb! Super close to attractions. Plus, awesome onsite parking with easy access. We were able to enjoy the festival from our room, which was a real treat!

Beds super comfy. Hallways smelled like smoke, and my key didn’t work several times. Happy hour offered decent snacks.

The room was overall decent. I had a city view which was nice, and the bed was really comfy. Plenty of electrical outlets too, which is great for charging everything. The bathroom was a bit dated but clean. Just the hallways felt kind of sad and empty. Not the worst, but not super exciting either.

The bathroom door didn’t close properly and could’ve used a lock for added privacy. There were noticeable stains on the carpet and a smoky odor suggested inadequate upkeep. Hearing neighbors through thin walls made for an uncomfortable experience. Additionally, there was an absence of explanation when a harbor view wasn't available despite the reservation, leaving a sense of disappointment. Overall, I found the basic room needs a bit of attention.

The room was nice with a great city view, and I loved relaxing by the pool and enjoying the cozy lounge area. Overall, my experience was great, but the restaurant service took a bit longer than expected. I recommend grabbing a drink at the bar to wind down after a busy day! 🍹
